Shipping Policy
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Shipping and Handling charges vary from product to product depending on the product’s size, weight, volume and / or shipping packaging weight / volume for Online Payment.
In addition to the standard shipping & handling charges, for all COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, an extra Rs. 100 is added irrespective of the value on your order.
We incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps us offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off due to certain ongoing promotions, if same is applicable in case of your order.
Local levies wherever applicable is prepaid and not to be borne by the customer.
It is our endeavour to ship all items in your Order together; however this may not always be possible due to but not limited to product characteristics, availability, packaging limitations, etc. There may also be restrictions on accepting orders or cancellation of order by EZ Life for certain pin codes in case of none of our logistics partners be able to provide timely and / or confirmed service to the final delivery destination.
Currently, each order can be shipped only to a single delivery address. If you wish to ship products to different delivery addresses, you need to place multiple orders.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
We generally ship the items within the specified time on product page. The estimated delivery time depends on following factors :
- Product availability
- Time of order
- Final order delivery destination
Business days exclude regional holidays, national holidays, public holidays and Sundays.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
The delivery date sometimes does not correspond to the delivery timeline of 1-21 working days. This is due to several possibilities including but to limited to that our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In such case, a day is added to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is not factored in to the delivery dates.
ORDER TRACKING
You can track the status of your order by accessing your orders page after login to website. Each state of order processing is updated in realtime on our site. To track the delivery, the details of corresponding logistics partner along with shipment tracking number be mentioned in your orders page.
PRE-ORDER
To be launched products are sometimes sold on Pre-Order basis. Such products are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for & by you. The product will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch on the site and will reach you within 2-6 business days. The pre-order duration varies from product to product.
GIFT WRAPPING
We offer optional gift wrapping service at nominal charge in case you want to surprise someone or you want additional layer of privacy.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING As of now, EZ Life does not deliver products outside India.
