And that is why it is so important to us, that you are a 100% satisfied with our products. If our product is any less than what you expected, you could return it back to EZ Life. It’s easy, convenient & simple. Here’s what you need to know!
- We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date with an exception of certain products.
- We’d be happy to give you a full refund excluding the shipping charges if applicable, credited straight to your bank account or credit the same in your EZ Life Membership account.
- Kindly ensure that the product returned is unused with Original Box and Packaging.
- The EZ Life reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks/feels used
- There are certain products that we cannot accept once delivered, for sanitary reasons and hygiene issues, that may arise.
- Every product has an elaborate description on its return policy which one can check before purchase.
RETURN METHOD & REFUND
In case of an incorrect delivery, we will refund 100% of the product cost inclusive of shipping charges, if and only if, one notifies EZ Life via email within 7 days of receipt of the product. You can send the email to email@example.com.
The products must be unused, unwashed with all tags intact in original packaging along with freebies / coupons and a copy of the invoice. The return will not be accepted if these requirements are not met.
Refunds will be made through the channel of payment used during purchase of the product on EZ Life sites. Refunds for products purchased using cash on delivery option will be made through an online transfer of funds to an alternative bank account provided by the customer or to the customer's EZ Life membership account.
The refund process will be initiated once the product has been successfully received, inspected and re-stocked in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is unused, in original packaging and in good condition, except of course for the issue described by you.
We will initiate refund to be credited to your account within 7 working days of your order reaching the warehouse.
Once availed, a coupon / offer cannot be used again for any other order or transaction.
If the product/s returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Buy 1 Get 1 Free and other offers of similar nature; all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
If you choose to cancel the order, you will be entitled to a 100% refund including shipping fees (if any) if the order is in unshipped state and if the order has been already shipped, then you will be entitled to 100% refund excluding shipping fees & return shipping fees (if any).
